Know what’s included.
What counts as a revision or small update?
Before launch: two consolidated rounds, each with up to ten specific edits within the agreed three-page brief. A new creative direction or feature is priced separately. Fixing our own defects is free and does not use a revision round.
Care includes one batch per month of up to three text, image or link replacements on existing pages, using final content supplied by you or our proposed wording approved by you. Each text replacement is up to 150 words. Unused batches don’t accumulate. The S$49 extra batch has the same scope.
A S$149 section uses the existing design, up to 300 supplied words and two images. A S$299 page uses the existing design, up to 600 supplied words and four images. Each includes one revision. We confirm the applicable price before work; we don’t stack charges for the same change.
What happens if I don’t accept the preview?
No build fee is due. The new version is not published or handed over, and your existing website remains unchanged. We ask for feedback within seven days per round. After 14 days without a reply, the project is paused; silence is never acceptance. A withdrawn preview can be revisited subject to an agreed new slot.
Who invoices me and receives payment?
NQO Digital is provided by Now Communications Group Pte Ltd, which is the seller and receives your payment. Your invoice identifies your project, the accepted preview and selected care plan. The company name may appear on your payment receipt and bank statement.
Payment is requested only after you accept the private preview. Care starts on the actual launch date. Recurring payments require your explicit authorisation; paying the first invoice alone does not authorise future charges. We confirm payment and your separate launch instruction before publishing.
When will it launch, and what do I pay first?
We confirm a delivery and review schedule once the brief is complete. There is no instant-launch promise. After you accept the exact preview, pay S$899 plus either S$29 for your first care month or S$278.40 for annual care. We launch after cleared payment and your launch instruction. Care starts on the actual launch date.
Can I cancel care or move to another host?
Yes. Monthly care can be cancelled before the next renewal. Annual care is prepaid at S$278.40; cancellation refunds unused whole months at S$23.20 each, without repricing the months already used. We provide an export of the paid website and a simple handover record. Migration work and replacement hosting are separate.
Your domain stays under your control. We agree the handover date and give at least 30 days’ written notice before hosting ends. Late payment never triggers an automatic deletion or surprise shutdown. Hosting during a notice period beyond paid service is not billed unless you agree.
What is outside this package?
Online stores, customer accounts, custom databases, bespoke integrations, mailbox migration, premium subscriptions, advertising and SEO campaigns are outside the static-site package. Basic Google Analytics connection is agreed at onboarding, including access and privacy settings. Custom tracking, new forms or other collection of personal data need separate scoping. We don’t guarantee traffic, enquiries or sales. No 24/7 human support or compliance certification is included.
What data does this page collect?
The offer guide runs locally in your browser; questions and form entries are not sent to an AI provider or stored by this page. The review button opens your email app; you choose whether to send. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information to deliver this website. Google Analytics is not yet connected to this offer site. No advertising trackers have been added.
